Is €110 for a PSVita 1000 justified?

I saw a PS Vita 1000 in a second-hand store, it was on offer for €110. It looked reasonably good. The screen didn't have any big visible scratches and I think you even get a protective cover. Is the 110 € justified or should I look for a better price?
