Is this the mandela effect?

I recently bought a used PS3 slim with a bunch of games on it and found this game among them. I didn't know there was a PS3 version of Watch Dogs. As far as I remember, Watch Dogs was pretty much the poster child for the next generation of consoles (at the time). I tried it, and yes; it doesn't look as good and it didn't ran very well, but it the same game with all of the features.

¿How else didn't know that this version exist? I pretty sure that every advertacing for this game only showed the PS4, Xone and PC.
