“You are prohibited from sending friend invitations at this time”

Recently, i’ve noticed that whenever i try to send someone a battlenet friend request it pops up saying “You are prohibited from sending friend invitations at this time” Also, all of my battlenet friends have just disappeared, i can only see my xbox friends on my list. I haven’t changed any of my settings or anything, does anyone know how to fix this?? It’s really annoying!
