I just heard two random people talking with each other while playing the game

I have no idea whats happening but I was playing a game on Paraiso I think and then I started hearing two people just chatting. I panicked. I went out of the game end-task all other apps but it still didn't stop. I then muted everyone one of my teammates and then exited the group voice AND IT STILL DIDN'T STOP. Then I muted the game's master volume and it stopped so it was definitely in-game. WHAT IS HAPPENING?? AM I LOSING IT? IS MY PC LOSING IT? Or did I play Zomb too well that I hacked into someone else's private life. WTFF
