Question about family groups

I'm looking to add someone to my family group, (not for nso related reasons, but for personal reasons) but there's an issue however they're worried about, and that's how their nso membership will react with joining a family group. We both currently have our own individual memberships, and neither of us have any family plans on any other family groups. However, they are concerned over the possibility that adding their account to the family group could interfere with their nso membership. So, just quickly asking here, does adding someone with an nso individual plan to a family group WITHOUT a family plan interfere with their nso membership at all? Thank you!
