Opinions on my future schedule

Hello all,

I have a job interview soon with these shift hours. I wanted to hear your opinion on them as I have 0 experience working night shifts.

My current shifts are from 3PM to 12PM for one week then from 7PM to 3AM the other week constantly rotating.
