How doesn't Jake Tran Get Copyright Struck?

Jake Tran is a YouTuber who makes videos on finance, often making video essays on illegal financial activity. In his videos, there is essentially always a movie clip that relates to the video playing. All clips are from famous movies like the Wolf of Wall Street, which he uses a lot. How does he do it without getting copyright struck? Thank you, I don't know much about the copyright system.
