Why is my CTR so garbage?

Hey yall, posting for the 3rd time in here. I am just wondering why my click through rate is so bad on all of my videos. Unless I am grossly inflating my ego, I think my thumbnails and titles are both pretty decent so I don't know why for my last 4 videos my click through rate is: 2.1%, 2.3%, 1.6% and 1.3%. I am looking for some honest advice here so please let me know of anything I should be improving. If you're curious about the channel, look up HJS-FC on YouTube. Thanks
