Went from 500 views and 3 subscribers to 10 views and 0 subscribers

Hi everyone,

I recently started a ambience YouTube channel. I put a lot of work into it so I was happy that after a month it gained some traction. I woke up everyday with 3 new subs. The last 2 days I woke up with 0 subs or even lost subscribers. I only have 65 so it’s really demotivating.

Is this normal? And btw my views also dropped to almost 0. I still post daily but it doesn’t seem to change.
