Any tips on getting my art precise

So I know it’s only a French tip but the thing is no matter what I just can’t perfect it and w the stamp I feel like it’s js too thick for me. Not only that but for some reason the white polish gets dirty so easily and gets dust and stuff, can you guys help? I’m a beginner so don’t judge because Ik these aren’t that good
