Fan configuration for H6 Flow (Air cooled)?

Good Day, I am planning to upgrade to an H6 Flow, I plan on using an Air Cooler instead of an AIO which I see in most reviews since I am too paranoid of leaks and pump failures XD

However, according to one yt reviewer, populating the h6 flow with fans while aircooled actually results in worst thermals. I would just like to ask what the best fan configuration would be for the H6 Flow? I'm planning on using 2x120mm on the top and 1x140mm on the bottom, would that be okay?

I plan on using either an NZXT T120 or a Deepcool Ak400 cpu cooler since I'm only running a relatively low TDP cpu.
