How long did you set your games?

I recently just started playing dynasty and I see a lot of people in here taking it more seriously than I could ever imagine. And it got me thinking how long are your games? The default is 5 minutes per quarter or whatever but are you extending it or shorting it? How much time are you putting into each game?
