i reckon this is worth a shout out here in Melbourne especially when we get all doom and gloom about the cost of new build transit showing that with good planing it can be done affordably. given the money were putting into projects here imagine if we could get similar returns even if its only for reserved right of ways or greenfield areas in the suburbs
