is there any way this could be legit?

There is a seller on etsy selling clothes that apparently were actually owned by melanie, but there are a lot of red flags showing up like the fact that they know how to make replica clothes and apparently have no way of showing proof, they also seem to own multiple iconic pieces. id like to believe its real but every sign is pointing to it being a scam, is there any chance it isnt/any way i could authenticate it? thank you!
