Grixis midrange stopped working for me

I hate making this type of posts, but I'm both frustrated and confused.

Since last week I am stuck at Diamond T4, down from T1. Everyday I play BO3 ranked and go 0-10 against average decks. I used to win about 60/70% of games with this deck, but it apparently stopped working since last week. My hands are way too weak and the deck is too slow.

I'm trying to understand why tho, it used to win frequently and was a menace, now it sucks and gets obliterated by lower T2 and T3 decks without even getting a win, just 0-2.

Should I add more control or removal spells? I'll link the goldfish deck I'm using, it's basically the same as mine except I removed two Reckoner Bankbuster to make room for one Negate and one Essence Scatter. https://www.mtggoldfish.com/archetype/standard-grixis-midrange-mid#paper
