Help with dual entitlement

I bought the mvp edition on my ps4 last month and just got a ps5. When i go on my 5 to download madden 22 ps5 version it says “you already own the following products which conflict with the product your trying to buy MADDEN NFL 22 PS4 Tracker” any help is appreciated. Ive already tried contacting ea support
