macOS 15.3 adds low power mode to Mac Studio

I noticed after upgrading that a low power mode has appeared. I looked for one previously but didn't find it. It seems 15.3 has added one -- or was something weird with my setup?

My Mac Studio is work provided, I don't need all its power. Would much rather have is run cooler and with less power, so this is a welcome change from my perspective.
