Moisturizer open when your seemingly allergic to everything

My spouse is not officially diagnosed as of yet woth mcas but seems to get some type of reaction (itchy, red blotches, sometimes systemic. From cera ve, lubriderm, even Vaseline. Is there anything on the planet even if it's persciription that is impossible to be allergic to?

What about mineral oil or something? I'm at a loss...
