Did they close the Cyber Safety Review Board to meddle uncontrolled/hack the voting machines at the next election?

I thought about why would Trump close the Cyber security Review board, while the US is bombarded from Hackers out of China and Russia...

The only thing, that makes sense for me is: Did the cyber safety board review the security of voting machines,too? Is it possible they want to get rid of it, so Elon Musk can hire Hackers to meddle with the election, so no more Democrats can win?
