sleep paralysis/intense vibrations and lucid dreams

Sometimes, usually when i sleep in a lazy boy, as i am falling asleep, my whole body starts vibrating and i find myself paralyzed. I find this sensation quite enjoyable, but at one point i read this is the state from which one is able to leave their body, so i usually try to pull myself out of my body. This results in a feeling like im freefalling, without the wind, of course. Then i return to the buzzing state, and i do this again and again until i suddenly become lucid and am able to summon whatever imagery i want.

I was just wondering, does anybody else experience sleep paralysis/ extreme vibration through the entire body before lucid dreaming? If so, do you find that state enjoyable or alarming? Do you have a technique to induce lucidity from this state? There are a lot of strange bodily sensations i experience between starting to fall asleep and becoming lucid, if i could skip all that, that would be cool. I find that this state is the only way for me to have lucid dreams, probably because I'm entering a dream while still mostly concious.

Also, in this state i am aware of the lazy boy and i often feel as though the chair im in has fallen over, and flung me against a wall, before realizing that i am still, in fact, reclined in a perfectly upright chair. This, too happens repeatedly before i become lucid.

Tl:dr do you experience sleep paralysis/intense vibrations before entering lucid dream state? Do you have tips for transitioning from the paralysis/vibrations into a lucid dream state?
