Help me get out of this rut!

I’m a legacy player, but a while back I had my 30 gen save just totally bug out and become unplayable. Since then I haven’t been able to get past gen 5 in a save game. I am so unmotivated with all my files. I can’t get anything fun done on normal lifespan. I get too bored on long lifespan. Life& Death has been a weirdly overwhelming pack for me (I own all the DLC). I’ve been trying to get a bit more into building, and it’s going only so/so. I just can’t get into anything. So I’m screaming into the void, someone help me get out of this rut and find some fun in playing again!
