any model to help in classes to summaries

I am starting with ai and I like it, I recently installed ollama with open webui and I like it I have llama3.2 and qwen and I see that there are hundreds of different models and I wonder which model of ai would be the best for my university classes to help me with pdf summaries etc and that I can manage it all in Spanish, something like aithor
