Bluetooth mouse stutter

I've searched the internets and I saw that a lot of people have problems with bluetooth mice connected to Lenvo laptops.

My mouse has continous stutter and lag. I'm running Windows 11 with all the drivers updated.

I tried disabling power saving features and disabling "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" to all the Bluetooth, USB and HID entries in Device Manager.
I've also looked for registers to edit but I couldn't find folder that is bolded here "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_8087&PID_0026" on my machine.

Also if I disable "Realtek Bluetooth Adapter" in the Device Manager and then enable it my mouse works fine for around 10 seconds, then "Working in background" cursor apears and now my mouse has stutter again.

Are there any other solutions, registers to edit or does anyone have any idea what's wrong with my laptop?

Later edit: when I connect the same mouse via its usb dongle, or when I connect the same mouse via Bluetooth to any other computer in my house it works perfectly

Laterer edit: when I connect the same mouse to the same laptop via TP-Link USB Bluetooth dongle it also works perfectly. The problem is only present when I use the integrated Realtek Bluetooth adapter on my laptop. So the weird thing is that audio devices have no problem with it.
