Piltover for Arcane Karma?

I have Jinx at 4 stars and level 30 and everyone always says how good she is. But she feels a bit to weak to deal with Karma and others in her difficulty (Lissandra, Swain...) Which other Piltover is a great choice?
There are just so many options I really have no idea.
