Spiral roundabouts in London

How are you all able to get into exits I just lost it every time when i am in the middle of roundabouts I have text coming in 2 weeks 😭 Watched 100’s of youtube video & I can definitely understand everything about it but cannot make an action out of it. I tend to stick towards the inner lane itself Please help
