Scared to use my Le Creuset
I recently bought me first Le Creuset (Signature Collection 26cm in cherry red) and I'm kind of terrified to use it. I made like three or four meals so far with it but I am so scared of accidentally scratching or chipping the enamel because it was a really big purchase for me. And I mean real scratches not the grey marks that can be removed again. I try really hard to follow all the instructions. I preheat on medium heat and I soak in warm water before washing gently. But I'm still terrified
