Can’t sell tickets

Let me start with saying I am a huge L’imp fan - they’ve been my top artist for years on Spotify and I’ve been lucky enough to see them live before.

I don’t love the way they treated Flora so I want to sell my tickets for their upcoming show. I went to go hit the resell button on ticket master but it says the artist hasn’t turned that feature on. Anyone else experience this problem?
