PSA - Don't shake F2 bottles!

Who would have thought I almost died or lost an eye today to my now most dangerous hobby - brewing Kombucha. Granted, I am pretty dumb for shaking the bottle, but I had been lightly turning the bottles because there was so much fruit / sediment at the bottom. Everything was fine, and it looked like extra bubbles were forming when I gave it a light turn or two. Well on day 5 of F2, I shook shook a half full bottle, and went to open it and the whole freaking top flew off (it's one of those large bottles with the red cap and metal housing that's common on this thread"). Ears are still ringing, and it whizzed past my beanie actually moving it a little, so it was a close call.

First brew so I suppose I will learn. Tastes great though. Not sure if Mango causes extra carbonation or what but my other flavors didn't go crazy:

Razz Ginger 8/10
Razz Mang 7/10
Grapefruit Ginger 5/10 (Should have skinned the GF, could taste it)

Root Beer Extract & Vanilla Extract + Sugar 2/10 (I wanted to go for a GT Root Beer ish flavor)
