Old Fashioned Bread Box

Where can I find a good old fashioned bread box? The wooden kind with a roll/tilt lid preferably.

I tried Cooke's kitchen supplies and the antique shop downtown. Any ideas where else might have them in town?

Edit: I should have mentioned it's for a Christmas present so new in box is preferable
