Champion Pool

Please comment below any recommendations of champions that have great utility/cc for being in control of the way team fights can go. For me an example would be Sejuani. She has great utility and crowd control and I feel very useful in team fights and that I can kind of control the direction in which the fight might go. She seems very good at engage and disengage, she just makes me feel like I have control. I am looking for more champions like this to add into my pool because that play style clicks with me.
