Dragging vs strangled...
Imo it requires more leaps in logic to suggest that JonBenet was accidentally killed while being dragged with a faulty dragging device that failed, rather than intentionally killed with a competent strangulation device that worked.
Not really convinced the strangulation was an accident tbh. The extreme head blow and severe strangulation get dismissed as accidents too often. Yet there are signs of intentional sadism in this crime, like the vaginal bleeding from an injury that was inflicted on JonBenet while she was still alive. I also don't 'get' trying to move a person by tying a cord around their neck then dragging them from behind by the throat, at all.
The only other evidence pointing to dragging imo is the somewhat smeared looking urine stain on the carpet that would suggest the dragging device did work to an extent. But I don't recall any drag marks, friction marks, dirt marks, carpet burns or other signs of being pulled along being found on JonBenet's body, the floor, or her clothing.
What do you think about the strangulation?
