Lost Receipt for Suitcase from Hands in Osaka

I was in Osaka last week and bought a suitcase from Hands. Unfortunately, I foolishly threw away the receipt, thinking I wouldn’t need it. Now I’ve realized I actually do need it (for warranty purposes).

Does anyone know how I might go about getting a copy of the receipt? I remember the approximate date and time of the purchase, and I paid with my credit card.

I'm currently back in the States, would my best bet be to call them and try to get them to email me even if I don't speak Japanese?
