Family and house issue

Dear brother and sisters,

I have inherited a house from my grandad who passed away, I have the title and the will.

I am born and raised in London and I am not a Jamaican citizen but I would like to sell the property without going to Jamaica as I will explain why -

My Jamaican family in Jamaica is wicked, they try to take money from my mum and keep asking her to come over to their house to visit and bring the will and title?Why would they need her to bring that just for a simple visit? My mum also lives in London, we don't have anyone in Jamaica that we can trust now since my grandad passed away.

We are renting the house out and my cousin is managing it, we cannot trust him as he overcharges us for repairs and paint, and has told potential buyers the house is not worth buying.

Anyway, as I have the house , I just want to sell it but I don't know the right steps and who to trust... I tried searching online and haven't found any sources that can help guide my particular situation, Does anyone have any recommendations or steps?
