Any ideas why I keep losing my baby Jade propos?

My Jade propos are getting to around this size and completely stop growing or are just falling over and dying. It’s happened a few times now in the past month or so. The most promising one I had was completely sideways when I checked on it a couple of weeks ago and then promptly died.

Any ideas why this keeps happening? I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
