Recommendations without pathetic MCs?

Can someone recommend me Isekais with mcs that are not pathetic? I have found mcs that do as many mental gymnastics as they can to justify not to killing evil people, mcs that get thrown around all the time because their weak personality and mcs that look like 12 year olds and things like that.

I know that some of you know of Isekais with cool MCs, can you recommend me some of them?

Preferably it they have mangas to read. I dont care if the Mc has slaves, its an old man or it is not combat focused, but if Mc is evil or overpowered is a plus.
