Is A750 worth it right now?

Hi there! PC newbie is here. I'm doing a pc build with budget around 740€ and wanted to ask some questions about my choices just to be sure. My build is I5-12400F/16gb ram/intel arc A750. Will A750 work fine with such specs? I'm a little concerned about driver troubles that intel arcs used to have. How are they now? Also, how does this GPU work with simple 60hz monitors? And lastly, which edition would be the best to pick?(I mean Asrock, Sparkle etc) Would be glad to read your opinions!
