Sudden account deactivation

Just for the record this isn't about my account but my girlfriends. And this is a repost.

2 days ago my girlfriend's account god deactivated for no reason at all. We tried everything we possibly knew but everytime she tries to log in, it shows the texts in the picture above. If anyone knows if there's anything we can do, I'd really appreciate it.
