People Stealing Orders With Robot Apps

I simply do not know what to do anymore. I have been doing Instacart for three years now, mostly at my one main store. I always have near or a perfect 5 star rating, I’m typically a fast shopper, and very careful/polite with my customers.

I haven’t been able to get more than one or two $50+ orders at my store for over 3-4 months now!! It’s gotten to the point where I am 99% convinced someone is using some third party app to take them faster than humanly possible.

They all show up for .2 seconds, I click it immediately and I can’t even see it for a split second in the app. It just says “this order has been taken” on the bottom. This happens for EVERY large order.

And you may be thinking “Oh maybe someone is just taking them faster than you.” But this was never an issue for me before, I’m in my 20s my reflexes are pretty good. Before this started I’d get probably about 90-95% of good orders I saw.

Every time I try to contact support about it whether through the chat or phone call, they are useless. Do I just have to start using one myself??

If you somehow have any advice for me please let me know, I’m frustrated and stumped.
