Help with crafting the Miracle Dress!

Hi everyone! I've finished the story and finally have all the pieces of the Aurosa set ready to craft, but now I'm stuck.

I had no issues gathering essences, furs, fish, bugs, and mini boss spheres, but I'm really struggling with the "rewards" from the faction leaders.

Since I never really paid much attention to Styling Challenges, I thought I'd start by completing all the ones in Florawish (I think that’s the English name—it's the first region with the Stylist Guild).

• I understand how to enhance garments, but getting Bling or Bubbles from teleportation is super limited daily. How can I enhance garments more efficiently?
• Do I need to beat each stylist with a "Perfect" score, or is "Normal" enough?
• Sometimes the stylists in the faction tab are locked (not just due to timing restrictions—they’re completely unselectable, with a magnifying glass icon and a progress bar). How can I unlock them and keep progressing?
