Opinion: Your interviews shouldn’t be taken by someone who has less experience than you.
Edit : This is not a genz vs millennial vs boomer debate as I have seen it happen across generations, lol!

Why?
They are most likely going to see you as a threat.
The job market has never been more fked and if you are more experienced + more talented, the interviewer is going to straight up reject you.
I am not an HR, I have been in the Marketing dept. (Content production mostly).
This has been my observation and while working with a few companies over the course of 12 years.
After every interview round, whenever a bright candidate was rejected , the reasons have been very random from the lesser experienced person. E.g. Doesn’t know (xyz) tool. A random tool that wasn’t even mentioned in the JD!!!
I would patiently argue that a tool can be mastered in a month or two but no straight up rejection. A common thread is ‘culture-fit mismatch’. Very vague. But if you ask them to elaborate more, they will be like, he wore a suit to the interview while we are a chill company. WHAT!?
