Received a Fake Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion from Myntra
Hey everyone,
I recently ordered a Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion from Myntra, but I’m almost certain I’ve received a fake product. I’ve attached a picture with a side-by-side comparison: the one on the left is what I received from Myntra, and the one on the right is the bottle I’ve been using for a while.
Here’s what raised my suspicion: 1. The sticker on the bottle from Myntra is different, with noticeable differences in font and design. 2. The lotion has a fragrance, which Cetaphil products are not supposed to have—they’re always fragrance-free.
I’m really disappointed as I trusted Myntra for genuine products, and this is a serious concern when it comes to skincare.
Has anyone else faced something similar with Myntra or any other platform? What’s the best way to escalate this and get a refund or replacement?
Would love to hear your thoughts or advice.
Thanks!
