How to transfer ownership of JioFiber from my mom's name to mine?

Sorry, didn't know where to post this one, but figured out people here could help me. Currently I am using jiofiber which is registered in my mom's name. My company provides compensation for internet bills due to WFH. But I need the bills in my name for that to work, so how do I transfer the ownership from my mother's name to mine without cancelling this one and getting a brand new connection.
