PCOS and IVF

Hello. I am starting my IVF journey and am on day 3 of stims. Originally I thought my partner issue with oligoasthenoteratozoospermia but today I was told at my first scan I possibly have PCO as my AFC was right: 6+ corpus luteum and left: 18 coupled with a high AMH of 27. All other hormones normal and I don’t have any symptoms. I’m just wondering if this will effect the way I respond to treatment? I am 37 and it’s allot to process. The clinic didn’t give me any information on PCO just mentioned it at my day 3 scan. Should I be worried?
