Excited, nervous, hoping for a fresh transfer but knowing there’s a good chance it won’t happen

I started my stims on the PM of 1/30, just 75 gonal f and 75 menopur. My baseline E2 the AM of 1/30 was 43. Today, 2/2 after 3 total stim injections, my E2 is 163.

I’m 29, AMH 6.9, AFC 19 (with a whopping 13 on my left ovary lmao). No PCOS. My doctor wants to do a fresh and I want that too, but I’m so worried about OHSS (as they are), so we’re stimming low and slow. It feels like my estrogen is climbing appropriately?

Did anyone here manage to do a fresh transfer with a higher AMH/AFC?
