2016 Tucson misfire

Just recently had a misfire start on cylinder three and I'm trying to troubleshoot what it could be. Had a bad plug and switched it out, coil pack looked good, but, there's a knocking sound coming from the front part of the motor and my auto tecn skills are lacking a bit. Any help would be awesome.
