New doorbell

I am trying to get a new doorbell power source installed. I got a smart doorbell for my new house but there never was a system before. It’s pretty much drilling holes and running wiring. How much should I pay?

I have zero electrical skills but at the price I was just given, I might try to learn. This is insane.
