House cooling overnight?

We heated our house to 76 last night and left it on all night but in the morning when I came down the thermostat said 60. What would cause the temperature drop when no windows or doors were left open and who do you call to fix this? It’s our first home so we’re new to home ownership, thanks in advance for the help.
