I'm getting my first hearing aids a week tomorrow - advice?

Hi everyone! After suffering for quite a while with hearing loss but only going to get it checked semi-recently, my hearing aids fitting is next week.

I'm pretty young (27f) so I'm pretty nervous about it. I've had some lovely people on here say some kind words which has helped but I was just wondered if anybody has any advice or tips / mistakes not to make for someone getting their first pair 😊

I've also attached my hearing test - if anyone could help me make sense of it I would also appreciate that! I've tried but as it's all new to me if feels like I truly am looking at alien markings, lol. Sorry for the poor quality.
