Long, thick, coarse hair that tangles like a m*****f****r
I have long (mid back), thick, coarse hair that I truly love EXCEPT it tangles horribly whenever wet. This weekend I went camping and swimming… I had a blast but paid for it with an hour of crying/combing the rats nest of tangles out in the shower.
My current process includes washing and conditioning (I cycle products and haven’t found anything I love) followed by combing it out with Marc Anthony Grow Long leave in conditioner a few times a week. I started using Joico Defy Damage mask once a week a few months ago and it has helped some but I still spend at least 15 minutes working out tangles each wash.
I’m open to any and all suggestions of products or processes to decrease the tangles!
