Why won't they stop coming?!

I suspected hpv back in June, no doctors gave me the time of day, a couple weeks ago finally got confirmation by sight, negative on pap though. But it seemed to have developed slowly up until about a month ago, it seems like everything started spreading fast, lots of skin changes rapidly happening every day. I keep getting brown patches and new flat wart growths. I had just successfully got rid of some with some salicylic acid some to be coming back??? It started at my perineum and has traveled up my vulva and now it seems like things are developing around my clit and have even started to have clit pains. It starts with age spot looking things, a couple new freckles, and then either more flat warts or these brown textured spot things unlike a freckle or age spot, I think they are warts by the way they seem to multiply. When will it end or slow down?! I'm getting super scared and the doctors are not moving fast enough. Ugh
